As co-owner of Fit Life Boot Camp, my focus is on creating an inclusive environment where members, regardless of fitness level, support each other. My fitness journey began 13 years ago with personalised training, transitioning to group training. With a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Valley City State University and a background in gridiron, I’ve channeled my love for team sports into building a community at FLBC.
Training alongside like-minded individuals brings electrifying energy, fostering camaraderie. Witnessing members’ physical and mental progress fills me with pride, as we collectively embrace the transformative power of fitness in a vibrant community.

Mastering the Art of Combat: Over Three Decades in the Fighting Arena
With over 30 years in a fighting career, my passion lies in martial arts, especially Thai Boxing. As both a competitive off-road motorbike racer and devoted combat sports enthusiast, I’ve faced numerous injuries, propelling me into a transformative journey of injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Frustrated by the limitations of traditional medical approaches, I sought wisdom from diverse movement coaches. This revealed a profound truth: we need not resign ourselves to feeling aged and broken.
As Co-Owner of Fit Life Boot Camp, my mission is to empower members to find a harmonious connection with fitness, unlocking their full potential in mind, body, and soul. Equally vital is fostering a nurturing environment for my team, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to thrive. Every individual in our community is cherished and recognised as an integral part of something truly exceptional.

My 20-year fitness journey, driven by a profound love for movement and helping others, has led me to diverse experiences in the fitness realm. From leading dynamic Les Mills classes in the picturesque Whitsundays to providing rehabilitation support for war veterans in Hervey Bay, I’ve shaped a career dedicated to enhancing individuals’ health and well-being. Along the way, I’ve managed clubs, educated aspiring fitness professionals on the Gold Coast, and guided clients of all ages and abilities.
Having faced burnout, I’m committed to teaching the significance of self-care and balance. At FLBC, we foster a nurturing and inclusive environment, serving as your sanctuary for self-discovery and achieving fitness milestones. Alex is driven by her lifelong passion for active living and the transformative power of movement. Specialising in women’s health and holding qualifications as a dietitian, Alex prioritises mental and physical health over weight. Her inclusive and nurturing approach aims to create a safe fitness environment for everyone, regardless of experience, size, or shape. Emphasising a ‘whole body’ approach to wellbeing, Alex focuses on empowerment at every fitness stage.
One of her proud achievements includes preparing for a half marathon in 2021. With core values of respect, sustainability, and enjoyable fitness journeys, Alex encourages clients to embrace their uniqueness and push their limits while listening to their bodies. COACH Nikki
Nikki uses blood work to optimise the health and performance of her clients.
Nikki is a proud mum of two wonderful boys, a former high-level equestrian athlete, and thrives on sunshine—it’s her life fuel! With a solid background in personal training, she has spent the last five years helping people reach their fitness goals. Nikki has also had the incredible opportunity to work with professional athletes, including soccer players and combat athletes—a part of her career that she absolutely loved!
Along the way, Nikki developed a deep passion and expertise in nutrition (especially sports nutrition, disordered eating, and gut health), rehabilitation, and understanding blood work to optimise health and performance.

Cooper discovered his passion for fitness through his personal health journey and a love for teaching, which inspired him to help others reach their goals. With firsthand experience in weight loss, muscle building, and developing sustainable habits, Cooper connects deeply with each client.
His expertise spans muscle building and toning, strength and conditioning, and prehab exercises for functional movement. Cooper is dedicated to partnering with you to achieve your fitness goals and enhance your overall well-being.
